Avocado is considered cool and sweet. Because of its cool energetic quality avocado is great at cooling the body when you are experiencing heat-like symptoms, such as hot flashes, dry skin, constipation, dry cough, and palpitations. It also nourshies the blood and can be a great addition to your diet if you suffer from anemia.
I like to eat avocado as a snack- just me, my spoon, and the avocado. Some prefer avocado on toast. You can even add it in a shake for breakfast.
Avocado Breakfast Smoothie
1 avocado
1 cup spinach
1 Banana
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 cup of almond milk
